In the week leading up to World AIDS Day on 1st December you will find a programme of events aimed to promote the day as well as help change attitudes and the stigma surrounding HIV. Details of these events are listed below:
Monday 26th November
30th Anniversary Celebration of the AIDS Memorial Quilt
6 pm -9 pm. 1 Cascade St, Freemans Bay, Auckland
The AIDS Memorial Quilt has played an integral role in the remembrance and celebration of the loved ones we’ve lost to HIV and AIDS over the years, and 2018 marks the 30th Anniversary of the first quilt being presented to the quilt project, back in 1988. For more info click here.
Tuesday 27th November
Toa: Our Moving Bodies Women’s Workshop
2 pm – 5 pm. The Loft, Q Theatre, Queen St, Auckland.

Sex & Drugs Open Mic
