An online Zoom Hui to be held every three months for heterosexual women and men, and those who identify as Bi or Trans, living with HIV.

The aim of the hui is to provide a safe and confidential space to come together, to workshop, and discuss how to flourish as a person living with HIV. Each session will have a different theme on aspects affecting the lives of people living with HIV such as:

  • Disclosure
  • U=U
  • Intimacy and relationships
  • Medications
  • HIV and the Law
  • Planning for the future 
  • And much more 

This will be a space for people to meet other people living with HIV and  to share experiences. The facilitator will also be a person living with HIV.

Before attending the hui, people will need to provide a letter of introduction from their usual health care professional e.g. GP or a member of he ID team, confirming they are living  with HIV. This does not apply to people who are existing members of Positive Women Inc.   

During the workshop, people can show their faces or remain anonymous by keeping the video on or off.
