We have some wonderful workshops planned for the coming six months. The focus of these workshops is connection and wellbeing. We understand everyone is busy but setting aside a small amount of time for yourself each month can be valuable for your overall health and happiness. The workshops are a safe place to be yourself and be a part of a community. These sessions are free and available to any women living with HIV in Aotearoa NZ. All you need is an internet connection and device.

In October we have Nina Rogocki, a wellness educator talking to us about staying healthy through challenging life cycles. As we journey through life as women we face many challenges as our body changes. Some are expected, some are a surprise to us and one of the most challenging times can be hormonal changes as we age. This workshop dives into how we can support our body through these changes and create a toolbox to dip into when we need it. This is an interactive workshop and partcipants are welcome to ask questions.

Nina has vast knowledge in many areas of holistic health. She teaches yoga, has training in homeopathy and is a reiki master and Emotional Freedom Technique therapist (tapping therapy). You can see more on her website is www.thesoullaundry.co.nz
