Positive Women Inc. had a stall at Africa Day this year to offer HIV testing and to raise awareness about HIV prevention and support within the community. It was an awesome opportunity to connect with both event visitors and other stall holders, sharing important information in a friendly environment.
Our stall featured some fun interactive activities where people could participate and win cool giveaways like branded pens, T-shirts, and mugs. We also displayed educational posters and flyers to help people learn more about HIV, testing, and prevention. Brochures were available for anyone who wanted to take away resources for later.
Overall, the event was a big success! People showed genuine interest in learning more about HIV and appreciated the engaging activities. It was great to see so many community members taking steps towards better awareness and health.
