
Positive Women Inc. continues to run a Zoom Support session each month. Sometimes the meetings have a topic and sometimes they are just about connecting with others and have a social chat.
One session which was well received was facilitated by a counsellor, Victoria Riddiford. This session focused on identity, resilience, and healing beyond an HIV diagnosis. It was a very thought-provoking session and Victoria provided information about some tools for ongoing self-care and emotional support which we thought we would share with you. See links below.
